These Terms set out the basis on which LifeStyle Group will provide services to you.

LifeStyle Group acts as a general service provider and introducer to specialist and professional services providers, and insurance and financial product providers. Lifestyle Group may provide information about financial and tax matters, and or discuss them with you, however, does not provide financial or tax advice.
Timescales provided for completion of services are not guaranteed as we do not have control over all parts of the process of completing a service, for example government administration agencies or where third parties are involved. LifeStyle Group will provide its services with reasonable care, skill and diligence, and wherever possible, timescales given will be based on previous experience.
In addition to specific fixed fee services and pre-agreed packages of services that it provides, LifeStyle Group offers to:
- Gather information about your circumstances and provide information in relation to the nature of services/products/providers that may be suitable to your needs.
- Select a service/product/provider that may be suitable from a pre-selected shortlist.
- Receive and refer you/orders on your behalf, for service/s or product/s, to one or more service/product providers from a pre-selected shortlist of providers.
How We Get Paid
LifeStyle Group charges a fee for it’s services, and adheres strictly to a policy of transparency and full disclosure.
We may be offered commission, a share of fees, or other payments from service/product providers to whom we refer you. We may accept and retain these payments, or at our discretion, pass these on, either in part or full to you, by way of cashback or discount to our fees.
The supplier of the product or service will be responsible for providing such details and terms and conditions to you. Using reasonable endeavour, we will explain service/product terms to you and ensure that you understand the conditions. Any decision by you, to accept a recommendation or to use a service or purchase a product, is your own.
LifeStyle Group may also charge a fee for its services when acting as solely as an introducer, and will advise you in advance of all costs, and require a signed letter of acceptance and authority from you.
Our minimum service charge is €49
We bill for our time at following rates (IVA not included):
- General – €35 per hour
- Specialist – €95 per hour
- Professional – €250 per hour
In addition to any fees agreed for our services, we charge a handling fee of 3.75% when completing payment transactions on your behalf. There is a minimum charge of €25. If we are handing a number of transactions on your behalf, the fee payable will be the greater of 3.75% of the total value of the transaction or €25.
Deposits & Reservation Fees
Commitment / service reservation fees or deposits paid up front are offset against our final fee total.
In the event of cancellation of a service, we may charge an administration fee to cover time spent. This will be in addition to any other costs incurred, e.g. unrecoverable payments that have been made to contracted third parties in relation to the originally contracted service.
We reserve the right to issue any refund due, after any admin fee or other costs have been taken in account, as credit note which can be used to pay for other services.
Regulated & Professional Services
LifeStyle Group do not provide financial advice or advise on pensions, investments or tax.
We will research new services or financial products, on your behalf, including but not limited to insurance/ pension/ investment products and mortgages. When acting as an introducing agent, LifeStyle Group does not guarantee you access to the lowest cost service or product in the market.
The service or financial service / product options made available to you, will be based on your circumstances and individual product provider requirements,
Regulated services are offered in association with, or by referral to, appropriately licensed and authorised independent third parties, including but not limited to Independent Financial Advisers, Pension and Tax Specialists, and that any pension, financial, investment or tax advice will be given by those third parties and not by LifeStyle Group.
Any complaint that you may have in relation to the business services provided should be made in writing to LifeStyle Group, outlining the nature of the complaint. We will fully investigate any complaint and a full response will be provided.
You undertake to make available all appropriate documentation as required by LifeStyle Group or the service/product provider, and acknowledge that failing to provide all such may affect, or even result in failure of the provision of the service/product. You accept that in such an event or any other out of our control, we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience, losses or costs incurred as a result of any delay or failure to provide or complete a service/product.
You confirm that we are fully aware and accept that LifeStyle Group as an introducing agent, may be paid a commission or share of fees, by product or service providers that they introduce or refer you to.
You further confirm that you have agreed to be introduced to such third parties as mentioned to review your circumstances and requirements, and or for advice, and that all costs and fees or additional terms specific to the service / product have been fully explained to you and where applicable documented in the service proposal.
When you accept a service proposal, you confirm that you have been provided with, read and understood these Terms of Service of LifeStyle Group, and that you accept and agree to them.
